Does Mental Defender offer an option to follow up after a consultation?


Mental Defender does offer a 20 minute follow up a week after our initial consultation. The purpose of the follow up is to discuss progress as well as confirm or dismiss any new thoughts and ideas the client may have that were previously discussed during our first meeting. The goal of the follow up is to tighten any loose ends so our client knows what they need to do in order to be on their way to succeed independently.




I'm having an issue processing the purchase. What should I do?


Please make sure that all financial information is typed into all required fields correctly, and verify that there is enough in the bank account the purchase is being made with. Always make sure that the card being used is not expired. It may take an hour before it shows up in your transactions list. From that point, you'll be able to book a time with a consultant to get started with your service.
